Answers You Need

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The customer will need to put down a $50 deposit online. Then a confirmation message will be sent. We will give you a call 24 hours before the date of your event to confirm. The remaining amount of the payment will be due at the time of arrival.  

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our performances and rentals are non-refundable; however, they are transferrable for a later date.


We require a 24-hour notice for transfers. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGE/LOST/STOLEN PRODUCTS AND GOODS?

The costumer will be required to pay the value of the costume.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PERFORMANCE AND RENTAL?

  • A performance is where a team member will wear the selected costume & conduct the performance at your event.


  • A rental is where you rent a costume and do your own performance.
